Activity: Series of sleep health educational reels that will be posted across the week on social media that will intersect the importance of sleep and different areas of health such as aging, obesity and headache to provide encouragement to remember the full 24 hours play into achieving optimal health outcomes and sleep is a tool to help get there.
There will also be a live sleep health webcast with middle school and high school students and faculty to answer sleep related questions.
