Affiliation: Cerebral Palsy Scotland

Short Bio: Cerebral Palsy Scotland is a charity that aims to help people with cerebral palsy build skills, knowledge, confidence and relationships. We advocate for the CP community to have life-long access to knowledgeable, compassionate services and support. https://cerebralpalsyscotland.org.uk/

Our small clinical team, consisting of Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Physiotherapy and Speech & Language Therapy, work with people of all ages and classifications of Cerebral Palsy.
While we are not sleep experts, we are aware that this is an area that many of our clients and families struggle with. Commonly sleep difficulties are not reported unless specifically asked about. We wish to raise awareness, and encourage adults who have Cerebral Palsy to feel more empowered to proactively seek advice and support.
