Short Bio: Caroline Horton is Professor of Sleep and Cognition at Bishop Grosseteste University, Director of DrEAMSLab, Co-Director of the Lincoln Sleep Research Centre, and Treasurer and Trustee of the British Sleep Society.
Activity: As part of a range of sleep health-promotion activities, there will be a public lecture, “How to Make Sleep a Public Health Priority? Be Sleep Conscious”.
This will be Professor Caroline Horton’s inaugural lecture, open to the public, those interested in sleep health, and anyone interested in understanding their own sleep.
