I have been a practitioner in clinical environments for the last 5 years & I have gained a lot of knowledge & understanding about sleep and the effects that massage therapy has in helping with any sleep related issues , also I have developed a sleep based treatment .
Activity: The Activity that I have is a clinical time during just before and after the week .11th & 18th 1.45 until 6.30 in a store in Notting Hill London Neal’s Yard Remedies is situated at 9 Elgin Cr and I am hoping to reach out to people who are local and also people who commute to the area as an audience who are interested in sleep awareness . The treatment is made to invigorate the senses , through the aromas of smell & the senses of touch and also the audio presence of yoga Nidya & breath work .
