We pride ourselves in de-mystifying sleep and supporting 1000s of families and individuals with improved sleep.
Activity: We are running a project in Solihull over the month of March to support families of autistic children with sleep problems. We will be offering in-person and online parent/carer sleep workshops. In addition, we are hosting a number of 1-2-1 clinic slots for parents. These sessions will give personalised advice and resources to help improve sleep health for their children. Finally, 40 families with autistic children will receive 1 year access to our Sleep Wise App. Providing a 'back pocket' bank of tailored, evidence based sleep advice.
