Short Bio: Heathers is a small cafe in kingsley, Northampton uk. Working with Action for Happiness and engaging the local community to make it a bit more inclusive and we love having fun. Narcolepy UK helps us host a world sleep day in March. Heathers has been here for 12 years and makes great tea and cake!
Activity: On Friday 14th March we have World Sleep Day meets International day of Happiness. A walk and talk round the local park, as the daffodils are out. Back for tea and cake and time to discuss Narcolepy, sleep paralysis and more.
2pm to 4pm.
We have promoted it through narcolepsy in the UK group on Facebook. Also on local pages and one of the university students puts posters up too. We use Eventbrite and fb online.
