Short Bio: We are a sleep service based in the northwest of England who specialise in providing bespoke sleep support for neurodivergent children and young people. We also provide sleep training for professionals and sleep workshops for parents and carers. We regularly hold coffee mornings and sleep events in schools as well as attending sleep events and parent/carer forums.
Activity: Sleep advice downloads available on our website will be promoted over all our social media channels during World Sleep Day
We have written a sleep blog linked to this year’s theme which will be on our website and across our socials on World Sleep Day
Across the week, we will be making short videos on sleep tips which we will be shairng on socials.
