Julie is also the Chief Sleep Orchestrator and founder of WeSleep, a wellbeing provider focused on sleep, providing webinars, workshops, lectures, discussion panels, 1-to-1 consultations, and therapeutic sessions on the topic of sleep deprivation and insomnia to a wide range of organizations and business clients such as start-ups, agencies, media and entertainment companies, banks, festivals, conferences, non-profit, education and government organisations and many more. In addition, Julie has been a delegate for World Sleep Day since 2017.

Activity: 1/ We will be delivering 4 educational webinars for approximately 160 members of the general public on the topic of how to get quality sleep, and how this helps support our mental health with a sound mind to ultimately help make this world happier and healthier.

2/ One podcast interview and 3 Instagram Live events to educate the general public on sleep and World Sleep Day’s 2022 theme about the importance of regularity to support good sleep.

3/ This is also the 1-year anniversary of my book published by Simon & Schuster – “The Natural Sleeper: A Bedside Guide to Complementary and Alternative Solutions for Better Sleep” [Tiller Press / Simon & Schuster] – an introduction to an extensive range of natural, complementary and alternative solutions, therapies, techniques, practices, and tips to help improve our sleep.
