Short Bio: I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist who is registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC), the British Psychological Society (BPS), the Division of Clinical Psychology (DCP) and the Learning Disability Faculty of the DCP.
During the past five years I have volunteered my professional expertise to a local organisation (Sure Start for Later Life) and an international charity (Pakistan Institute for Living and Learning – PILL).
I have received additional training in sleep (at Oxford uni & The sleep clinic), mindfulness, family/ systemic therapy (at Leeds uni), bereavement, positive behavioural support and dementia for people with a Learning Disability.
Activity: One hour virtual sleep educational talk for NHS staff via their Trust’s well-being departments.
