Short Bio: I am Julie Wright, Chief Sleep Orchestrator and founder of WeSleep. Our aim is to help people live better lives by improving their sleep. We deliver learning events and discovery workshops on the topic of sleep, insomnia for the general public and for employees of businesses, charities and education organisations primarily in the United Kingdom. We also conceive interactive and therapeutic experiences on the topic of sleep improvement and insomnia. We have been a World Sleep Day Ambassador since 2017.
We want to help anyone improve their sleep through education, inspiration and experimentation. It’s about being inspired from a wide range of perspectives, modern and ancient times, from other cultures, remedies and studies. We offer an opportunity to pause, reflect, try new things, take a break, recharge. And walk away with a personal sleep strategy.
We introduce knowledge and evidence based information about sleep, guide attendees through natural solutions and navigate the wealth of information there is on the topic of sleep.
Activity: During the week surrounding World Sleep Say 2020 we are delivering daily workshops and live webinars about sleep and insomnia. We will promote the message of making our planet better by sleeping more and making more conscious choices.
