Scope of Activity: Campaign

Activity: On World Sleep Day, our organization USCARA launched an educational campaign to improve understanding of children’s sleep and share reliable, science-based information.

As part of the campaign, we held a series of Instagram live sessions with experienced experts in sleep, child development, and healthcare. They talked about important topics related to children’s sleep, with a special focus on common myths and misconceptions. All the live sessions were free and open to everyone. The recordings were saved and are still available for anyone to watch at any time.

We also created a series of educational Instagram posts with input from sleep consultants, neurologists, pediatricians, and psychologists. This helped us share practical and trustworthy information with parents and caregivers.

To make the campaign more engaging, we introduced an interactive Instagram template that people could share. They were invited to write about the sleep myths they most often encounter in their work or daily life. This helped start conversations and raise awareness.

Through this campaign, we aimed to make knowledge about children’s sleep more accessible, challenge common myths, and help families make more informed decisions.
All matrials are still availale in our Instagram page (@uscara_org).
