Activity: We collaborate with Lets be heroes foundation to improve the health of populations across the world. To make a sleep health priority call to help people plan to prioritize their sleep health.
Also, we provide eye pads, ear plugs, and blankets to ensure appropriate sleep.

World Sleep Day activity at Paradise Park was recorded for the video rerun on YouTube.

We address the importance of sleep as a critical pillar of health, like nutrition and physical activity, poor sleep health can have multiple significant impacts on human health and poor sleep has been linked to obesity, diabetes, coronary artery disease, and cardiovascular mortality.

We also address this issue in social media to contribute this knowledge to the people from another area. We also provide resource of knowledge like Healthier Sleep Magazine.

“Healthy Sleep” means more than simply “enough sleep.” There are six dimensions that affect sleep health and consequently overall health and wellbeing.

Organizing “healthy sleep” into distinct aspects offers sleep health advocates more focused messaging that promotes healthy sleep behaviors.

Each person’s everyday life is unique, so there is no single method to improve your sleep health. Each person needs to consider their circumstances individually.

  1. International activity

We share World Sleep Day activities from around the World with World Sleep Academy alumni to encourage each other for raising awareness of the important of sleep health.

2. National activity

We collaborate with Sleep Society of Thailand and created the World Sleep Day activity of translating theme Make a sleep health priorities : สุขภาพดีเริ่มต้นที่การนอน . Lets Be Heroes Foundation collaborated with Central Chest Institute of Thailand arranged World Sleep Day 2025 activity.

 

3. Hospital based activity

We held World Sleep Day activity at Psychiatric department of Ramathibodi Chakri Naruebodindra Hospital. We provided the knowledge about sleep health and sleep hygiene. Anyone could participate in this activity and there were prizes for the participants who can answer the sleep hygiene correctly.

4. Community based activity

We collaborated with private clinic (Morning mind counselling clinic and Pichayanin clinic) held activities on World Sleep Day. We promoted World Sleep Day and educated patients and people in the community about sleep health.
