Activity: Physiotherapy for better sleep
With the name Physiotherapy for better sleep, the objective of the workshop is to teach easy techniques to enjoy quality and restful sleep. The activity, which takes place in a peaceful University patio, is aimed at patients with sleep disorders, university students and the general population.
In Spain, more than 50% of the population suffers from sleep disorders. This is why, it is essential to open up and talk about it. It’s very important to take sleep disorders out from the domestic sphere and bring them to a public sphere.
The activity will be lead by a physiotherapist specialist in the respiratory system.
