Delegate: O2 SleepWell Laboratory (SleepWell Lab)
Delegate Short Bio: O2 SleepWell Laboratory (SleepWell Lab), launched by OUE Healthcare Limited (OUEH), is Singapore’s first private sleep lab, through its subsidiary O2 Healthcare Group.
The lab, run by O2 SleepWell Pte. Ltd., offers comprehensive sleep medicine services, including screening, diagnosis, treatment initiation, and long-term management of sleep disorders such as sleep apnea.
All services use Health Sciences Authority-approved equipment.
Scope of Activity: Campaign of multiple activities
Activity: In conjunction with World Sleep Day 2026, the O2 SleepWell Laboratory (O2 SleepWell Lab) was officially launched by OUE Healthcare Limited (OUEH) and O2 Healthcare Group (O2HG) on 13 March 2026. The grand opening event was held at the Grand Ballroom of Hilton Singapore Orchard.
The event brought together leaders from both the private and public healthcare sectors, as well as representatives from insurance, financial services, and industry partners across Singapore. It served as a valuable platform to raise awareness of sleep disorders and highlight the importance of sleep health in the local community.
Event Highlights as below:
-Mr Lee Yi Shyan, Chairman of OUE Healthcare, delivered the opening address, emphasizing the importance of sleep health for the Singapore population.
-Dr Swee Yong Peng, Chief Commercial Officer of OUE Healthcare and CEO of O2 Healthcare, shared his vision of building an integrated ecosystem of quality healthcare services in Singapore and the wider region.
-Mr Harpreet Bindra, CEO of HSBC Life (Singapore), highlighted the critical role insurance providers can play in improving accessibility to sleep disorder treatments.
-O2 SleepWell Laboratory also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with HSBC Life (Singapore) to establish a collaborative framework. This partnership aims to provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and related services to HSBC Life customers.
-Dr Leow Leong Chai, Adjunct Assistant Professor, introduced the Singapore Consensus Statements on the Management of Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
-Dr Carol Tan, Geriatrician and Longevity Advisor of HSBC Life (Singapore), introduced a Holistic Wellness Initiative, to enable the citizens of Singapore to Live Life Well.
-Dr Lee Chuen Peng, Medical Director of O2 SleepWell Laboratory, shared his vision of creating a sleep laboratory that serves the broader community.
-Dr William H. Noah, Chairman and Chief Scientific Officer at SleepRes, presented a recorded video introducing the Kairos Positive Airway Pressure (KPAP) system and Kricket, a PAP device powered by KPAP technology.
-A key highlight of the event was the official grand opening ceremony of the O2 SleepWell Laboratory, symbolizing a new chapter in the advancement of sleep disorder diagnosis and treatment in Singapore.

-Philips showcased its latest sleep treatment technologies
-Belun Technology presented its sleep platform for OSA diagnosis and treatment.
