Activity: The Romanian Association for Pediatric Sleep Disorders has joined the awareness initiative on the importance of healthy sleep, launched by the World Sleep Society, thus marking World Sleep Day on March 14th.
Through our campaign, we emphasized the essential role of sleep in health, regardless of age, highlighting the factors that can affect its quality.
In collaboration with Regina Maria, the Private Healthcare Network, we shared through a newsletter campaign specialist-validated information to over 350,000 people, providing practical advice for improving sleep.
Our messages were also shared on social media to reach as wide an audience as possible, with a special focus on young people, a particularly vulnerable group to the effects of sleep deprivation.
Understanding and maintaining a proper sleep schedule not only enhances physical and mental health but also contributes to academic performance, productivity, and overall well-being.
