Delegate Short Bio: Rami Barghout Dbaibo, 11 years old, a grade 5 student in S.E.K school in Doha, Qatar. He loves to healthy life style. He trains football, padel and running. He loves reading and playing electronic games.

Scope of Activity: Individual activity

Activity: The project is called a “Sleep well Kit” and is designed to help students reduce stimulation before sleep in a simple and practical way.

My kit includes:

1-warm dim lighting

2-reducing screen use before bedtime
simple evening screen filters

3-calming flashcards and bedtime activity ideas

4-a two-week sleep tracking sheet where students record:
-when they stopped using screens
-when they slept
-how they felt the next morning
Five students, including myself, are currently testing the project for two weeks to see whether healthier bedtime routines can improve sleep quality and morning energy.

They can use the box as well, to keep all their electronics (phone, tablet, T.V remote control etc..) inside the box outside their room at night!

My goal is not to eliminate technology completely, but to encourage healthier evening habits for students.

Location: Doha

Date of Activity: May 10 2026
