Scope of Activity: Individual activity
Activity: The activity will last all day and will include a:
1) Workshop led by Dr. Vera Clérigo. Interactive and awareness-raising activity for the general public- “The importance of sleep in our life” – where various topics will be addressed including:
– Sleep in the world;
– Myths and truths;
– Sleep consultation/unit;
– Sleep and happiness;
– Sleep in women.
2) Supporting and educational materials about sleep for patients;
3) Questionnaire on “Sleep in Women”;
4) Gifts related to World Sleep Day;
5) Interaction and socializing with the general public about sleep.
