Scope of Activity: Campaign
Activity: The activity developed aimed to promote education and raise awareness about the importance of sleep among university students, highlighting its impact on physical and mental well-being, as well as academic performance.
This initiative included the creation and dissemination of informational content on social media (Facebook and Instagram), featuring practical sleep hygiene recommendations. The digital format allowed for broad outreach, using accessible language tailored to the student population.
In addition, an informational flyer summarizing the key recommendations was produced and made available for download. This material was also shared with student associations to support its dissemination within the academic community. This combined approach aimed to improve sleep health literacy and encourage the adoption of healthier daily habits among students.
