Scope of Activity: Individual activity
Activity: Campus Neurologico Senior and Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Lisboa will have an activity dedicated to circadian rhythm disorders and chronotype:
– there will be dayly video on CNS social media from the 11th of March
– on the 12the of March there will be a session for adolescents in a school in Braga and on the 13th in Torres vedras, directed at sleep and circadian mechanisms, chronotype definition and delayed sleep phase disorder. Adolescents will determine their chronotype and be awarded a sticker with an owl or a lark.
