Scope of Activity: Enduring program

Activity: “The Adventure of Good Dreams” is a game developed by a team of experts in sleep and healthy habits, and its main objective is to give all children and young people the opportunity to reflect on and learn about healthy lifestyle and development habits. This game allows, in a playful way, learning about sleep, healthy eating, well-being, and how we can live better with each other. Composed of a game board, five position pawns, a die, and five sets of 15 cards, each representing an area of knowledge (sleep, physical activity, balanced diet, well-being, and general events), it aims to be a “portable” way to motivate learning and joint reflection on some of the themes that have become central to the lives of current societies. Designed to be a partner for schools, families, and leisure time, “The Adventure of Good Dreams” is a board game whose main objective is to move the pawn along a predefined path (the numbered squares) to the final square. Luck plays a key role, as movement is determined by rolling a die. Special squares add elements of luck (and bad luck). It’s a simple but fun game that promotes social interaction, learning, and familiarity with hygiene and well-being rules, and encourages reflection and sharing on some of the fundamental areas of human development.
