Delegate Short Bio: The Linde Saúde Academy is a professional development platform created to support healthcare professionals by providing credible, up‑to‑date, and practice‑oriented knowledge through a mix of in‑person training, synchronous digital sessions, and e‑learning formats. It serves as a national meeting point for continuous learning, fostering communication, knowledge sharing, and debate across areas such as home care, respiratory and cardiac pathologies, diagnosis, rehabilitation, and telemedicine.

Activity: On World Sleep Day, we promote a radio‑hosted morning event dedicated entirely to sleep literacy through the talk “Tune Your Sleep: How to Sleep Better and Live with More Energy.” The event took place at the auditorium a national radio station, with digital streaming, and brought together six leading specialists who addressed essential topics, The session was structured around clear and practical conversations designed to help the audience understand the impact of sleep on energy, health, and well‑being, and to identify concrete changes that can be applied in daily life. Participation was free upon registration, reinforcing a commitment to promoting accessible and useful knowledge aimed at improving sleep quality among the population.
