Therefore, and because our health is really important, and as such we also need to value and protect our sleep, we suggest the participation in a simple, quick and inexpensive activity to promote sleep health, divided into 2 parts: self-perception of daytime sleepiness (A) and maintain/improve sleep hygiene (B).
