World Sleep Day Simposium – “From Early Signs To Dangerous Times”
– This will be the 4th Sleep Day Simposium held in Hospital Soerad, with the collaborative participation of the Portuguese Society of Hypertension in a session about “Sleep and Hypertension”

– Short-Video Release about the importance of healthy sleep in children (Don’t Fight Against Sleep, published in Youtube and available in apcms website on www.apcms.pt): English version shared within Portugal and Brasil; international version shared in Spain, France, Mexico, Cuba, Russia.
