Scope of Activity: Campaign

Activity: As part of the social responsibility strategy, at Ailleron we designed and delivered a series of activities focused on sleep health during March – recognized as Sleep Month. Our goal was to support both our employees and the wider community in improving sleep quality, increasing awareness of insomnia, and providing practical, evidence-based tools for better daily functioning.

The initiative combined internal education, accessible knowledge-sharing, and external community engagement:

1. Educational webinar for employees (campaign)
I conducted a webinar titled “How to take care of sleep and deal with insomnia”. The initiative was dedicated to 250 people.

The session explored sleep as a fundamental pillar of health, outlined the most common factors contributing to insomnia, and introduced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) as the first-line, evidence-based treatment approach.

Beyond raising awareness, the webinar aimed to equip employees with practical, actionable strategies that can be effectively applied in their daily lives to improve sleep quality and overall well-being.

2. Supporting materials and long-term access to knowledge (campaign)
To reinforce the impact of the webinar, we developed an internal press review featuring carefully curated educational resources on healthy sleep. The topic was also highlighted in our company-wide newsletter, which included access to the webinar recording.

This approach ensured that the content remained accessible over time, creating an enduring resource that accommodates diverse learning preferences across the organization.

3. Extending the impact on the local community (campaign)
As part of our commitment to social responsibility, we expanded the initiative beyond the organization. I delivered an in-person lecture for seniors at the Kraków City Hall, focusing on sleep hygiene and practical strategies for managing insomnia. The initiative brought together more than 70 participants, many of whom may be particularly vulnerable to sleep disturbances due to age-related factors.

The aim was to address a real and often overlooked need within the local community and to share expert knowledge where it can create meaningful and lasting impact.

4. Raising awareness through social media campaigns (campaign)

To amplify the reach of the initiative, we actively promoted sleep health awareness across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, in connection with World Sleep Day. These activities enabled us to disseminate evidence-based knowledge on a broader scale, engage diverse audiences, and contribute to a wider public conversation on the importance of healthy sleep.

5. Ongoing educational series #BezsennośćNadWisłą (#InsomniaByVistulaRiver) (enduring program)
As part of a continuous educational effort, I author a weekly content series titled #BezsennośćNadWisłą on LinkedIn since autumn 2025, dedicated to sleep and insomnia. Through this series, I regularly publish content on how to improve sleep quality and explain its impact on overall health and daily functioning.

To date, the series includes 53 publications, in which I translate scientific research findings into clear, practical strategies that can be implemented in everyday life. Sample link to publication on LinkedIn: https://tiny.pl/m6dkq6f36

Overall goals of the initiative:

Increasing awareness of sleep as a key health factor, in line with this year’s World Sleep Day theme: Sleep Well, Live Better

Supporting the mental and physical wellbeing of employees

Providing practical, science-based tools to manage insomnia

Promoting healthy habits in everyday life

Contributing to the wellbeing of the local community through knowledge-sharing

Through this multi-layered approach, we created an initiative that goes beyond a single activity – building a culture of wellbeing, education, and social responsibility both inside and outside the organization. This activity also aligns with and supports the mission of the World Sleep Society to convene sleep advocates and advance sleep health worldwide.
