We are young neurologist, graduated from Hospital Nacional Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen throught Universidad Nacional Federeico Villarreal. Currently working in the public social security system, with a special interest in Sleep Medicine and participating in the World Sleep Academy.
Scope of Activity: Campaign of multiple activities
Activity: We organized an informational session in the context of the World Sleep Day initiative. The event was announced online to invite people interested in learning more about sleep health.
On March 10, we welcomed participants who wanted to learn about World Sleep Day and ways to improve their sleep quality. During the activity, we provided both individual and small-group educational talks, where participants received guidance about healthy sleep habits and common sleep problems. Written recommendations on sleep hygiene were also distributed.
After the event, a short summary video of the activity was shared on social media to further promote awareness about the importance of healthy sleep.
