A video lecture was prepared which was shared on social media page and groups of NAYS Pakistan. In addition, many tips were shared on better sleep with members of NAYS Pakistan and on social media networks. A banner was prepared related to day and shared with all NAYS members and also on social media. There are more than 50,000 young scientists who are linked with NAYS Pakistan.

Short Bio: Aftab Ahmad completed his BSc (Hons) in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics with distinction from University of the Punjab, PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from same university and Post Doc in Tissue Engineering from NAIST, Japan. His initial work was related to recombinant vaccine production which later shifted to stem cells research and currently he is working in area of stem cell therapy, tissue engineering and aging. Aftab has served as President of Sciforum Pakistan from 2006-10. He is also founder and President of Asia’s first National Young Academy entitled “National Academy of Young Scientists (NAYS). NAYS is connected to more than 50,000 young scientists of Pakistan and working on 20 programs to promote science and technology. He is also member of Global Young Academy (GYA) and young scientist member of World Economic Forum (WEF). In addition, Aftab is also Chairman of Islamic World Young Scientists Academy (IYSA), Fellow; Global Healthspan Policy Institute, USA, Director; Innovators Club and National Director of Global Union of Scientists for Peace. Aftab Ahmad is founder of Pakistan Stem Cell Society (PSCS) and Pakistan Aging Research Society (PARS). He has won many national and international awards. Aftab has published over 50 research articles and also 4 books in local language for public awareness.
