Mouka visited eleven companies across Lagos to educate their staff on the year’s theme, stating the importance of prioritizing sleep health. Over 550 persons were physically present and were educated on the impact of good sleep health and the effects of inadequate sleep on productivity and general well-being. Others were present online both within and outside Nigeria. Presentations were done by Doctors of the NSP (Nigeria Society of Physiotherapy) and NAOMT (National Association of Orthopedic and Manual Therapists). Mouka pillows, discount vouchers and souvenirs were given as rewards for participation.
