MEET THE CONVENER
Dotun Motunmori is a dedicated sleep health advocate committed to improving the quality of life through better sleep education and awareness. With extensive knowledge and certifications in key areas of sleep health, Dotun has developed expertise in topics such as Introduction to Sleep Therapy, How to Sleep Better, Medication and Sleep, Patient Safety and Emergency Situations, Narcolepsy Unveiled: Managing the Sleep Disorder, Polysomnographic Instrumentation, Caregiving, Caregiving Skills -Dementia Care, Elderly Care and Caring for Disabled, Massage Therapy, Health and Social Care, Journalism, Organizational Development for Volunteer-Based Initiatives.
Dotun’s work focuses on empowering individuals to understand the importance of sleep and adopt healthier sleep practices. By combining a scientific understanding of sleep disorders with practical strategies for better sleep, Dotun is passionate about fostering well-being and enhancing overall health.
Activity: Enlightenment on Sleep Health through outreach to community in GRA Ikeja in Lagos State. Awareness and sensitization on why Sleep Health should be made a priority. Advocacy on the overall benefit of Sleep to our well being. Advice and suggestions on Sleep habit and how and what a bedroom should look like in terms of ambiance and ventilation.
