– Countdown To World Sleep Day: We deployed educational content about sleep while counting down to WSD.

– Consumer Education: We educated our audience about different facts relating to sleep and sleep disorders.

– #TakeaNapWithMouka: We engaged our digital audience for World Sleep Day by asking them to take a picture in the Take a Nap pose and share why sleep is essential to their health. We had 122 entries at the end of the challenge.

EXTERNAL ENGAGEMENT: Sensitization program at 3 corporate organizations, in partnership with Nigeria Society Of Physiotherapy.

WORLD SLEEP DAY RADIO JINGLE: We aired an infomercial about the importance of quality sleep in line with the WSD 2022 on 24 radio stations across 5 states Pan-Nigeria
