Young people are our future leaders, yet the current global mental health landscape requires a paradigm shift. Treatments for adolescent depression are often ineffective, and there is a clear imperative for innovation. This webinar explores the inextricable link between circadian biology and mental health, with insomnia and Sleep and Circadian Rhythm Disruption (SCRD) not merely as a symptom, but as a primary, modifiable driver of resilience. The webinar will be of interest to clinicians, researchers, the youth workforce and equity and policy advocates.
