Scope of Activity: Individual activity
Activity: My activity is a poster communication at an international congress on optimizing sports performance in a football academy, the audience includes doctoral researchers, research professors, coaches, psychologists, physiotherapists, kinesiotherapists, and athletes from various sports. The goal is to reestablish the role of sleep as a fundamental pillar of athletic performance and to explain the importance of integrating sleep hygiene into the training program.
