Delegate Short Bio: I am Noura Zorgui,a PhD student at Cedoc IRFC, Morocco, my studies research are on :Sleep impact on Sport Performance.I am delighted to act as a delegate for Sleep Society and participate with a conference activity.
Scope of Activity: Individual activity
Activity: I am planning to provide an education conference about strategies to optimise athlete’s sleep before competition. My activity for athletes Trailers a day before the event which will take place in South Morocco (Ouarzazat) .The event is planned on mid April, unfortunately a month after the sleep day, but the aim is to promote sleep health ,as a delegate for Sleep Society and speak about the Sleep Day
