Activity: This was the first time our hospital organized the World Sleep Day event with aim to promote sleep health in conjunction of this year slogan: Make Sleep Health a Priority. Interactive booths station and kids corner to promote sleep health were set up. This was follow by lists of lectures that covered the common sleep disorders such as insomnia and sleep apnea as well as it’s complication and treatment. Participants also had the chance of lucky draw after each lecture.
