Concept: before sleeping”
“🌙 I sleep only a few hours, but…
“Just one last episode.”
“I’ll answer a couple of messages and then sleep.”
“I’ll catch up on sleep at the weekend.”
These are phrases we’ve all said at least once.
Yet sleep is not negotiable.
It is one of the pillars of health, at the core of our physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
📊 An analysis of over 11 million objectively measured nights of sleep shows that most people do not regularly obtain the recommended 7–9 hours of sleep, and that irregular sleep is extremely common (Scott et al., 2024).
For this reason, on the occasion of World Sleep Day, AITN and its Sleep Technologists want to help raise awareness and inform our members and friends about the importance of sleeping well.
Small everyday habits — sleep hygiene rules — can make a big difference.
💡 Sleep well, live better.
