Short Bio: I am consultant rhinologist in the biggest academic centre in Indonesia. I have passion in understanding how chronic nasal obstruction contribute in obstructive sleep apnea. The pathologic obstruction of the nose may induce pathologic collapse of airway lumen at the level of vellum, oropharynx, tongue base and epiglottis. The pathophysiology is in spectrum of inflammatory and mechanical process. We have done several continuing research since 2015 about role of the nose in OSA pathophysiology and conservative and surgical intervention to manage mild OSA.
