Activity: World Sleep Day 2026 Initiative – Driving Awareness on Stress-Linked Sleep Health
To mark World Sleep Day (9th–13th March 2026), Natural Remedies led a multi-dimensional awareness initiative focused on a critical yet often overlooked driver of poor sleep—stress and cortisol dysregulation.
The primary goal of this initiative was to educate and influence both healthcare and nutraceutical communities to shift from symptomatic sleep solutions toward root-cause management.
At the center of the campaign was Holixer, our clinically validated holy basil extract, designed to address the underlying cause of sleep disturbances.
