Activity: As part of World Sleep Day 2026, Dr. Seshagiri participated as an expert panel member in a scientific and awareness program conducted at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru.
The program, organized by the Department of Neurology, NIMHANS Sleep Disorders Clinic, and Centre for Consciousness Studies, aimed to promote evidence-based understanding of sleep and its role in neurological and overall health.
Dr. Seshagiri contributed to an interactive panel discussion addressing key contemporary challenges in sleep health, including the impact of shift work, mental health, and lifestyle factors on sleep. The session facilitated active engagement with participants and provided practical insights into the clinical and real-world implications of sleep disturbances.
