Activity: On the occasion of World Sleep Day, Nithra Sleep and Health Care conducted a brief awareness talk at Jai Nagar Park Arumbakkam for children practicing karate and yoga. The session was delivered by a sleep physician from Nithra Sleep and Health Care and focused on general sleep tips and sleep hygiene measures, highlighting the importance of healthy sleep for growth, learning, and overall well-being.
The children listened with great interest and actively participated in the session.
At the end of the program, the children enthusiastically said the slogan “Good Sleep, Good Health.”
