Short Bio: Dr. Ankur Kumar Tanwar is a graduate of the University of Delhi. He obtained his M.D. in Ayurvedic Physiology (Kriya Sharrir) from the Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbia College, University of Delhi. Dr. Ankur Kumar Tanwar possesses 14 years of experience in Ayurveda clinical practice, with specialization in skin disorders, reproductive health, and sleep health. He currently holds the position of Assistant Professor at GS Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital. He is also the founder of the Ayu-connect, an initiative to connect the Ayurvedic ecosystem with other systems, and provides a centralized hub for Ayurveda. Tanwar serves on the editorial boards of numerous national and international journals and has authored more than 50 publications. He is the recipient of the Indra Award, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Award, Young Researcher Award, and Excellence Award for Ayurveda research. Dr. Tanwar was invited as a speaker on the Lok Sabha TV, Government of India. His research focuses on scientific and evidence-based studies, and clinical trials in Ayurveda. Dr. Tanwar is renowned for his dedication, compassion, and expertise in Ayurveda.
Activity: This webinar, organized by IJCP Group and MEDtalks, is focused on raising awareness about sleep health in honor of World Sleep Day.
