Short Bio: I am presently working as a Senior Resident doctor in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine, R. G. Kar Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata. I have always been passionate about the clinics, science and humane perspective of my profession. Determined to uphold the ethical responsibilities of the service, I strive to reach out to the underprivileged section of my society.
In addition to the above, I have an avid interest in academic medicine and clinical teaching. I have been involved as a preceptor to undergraduate medical students and residents-in-training, and conduct clinical lecture modules. I have conducted multiple clinical studies during the pandemic and received several accolades in both national and international platforms.
I’ve received 27 awards including university gold medal in my MD degree exam.
Activity: I being the resident of my Institute, created posters for social awareness , displayed it on hospital area and few community areas, I trained junior residents on some clinical aspect of sleep science.
