Activity: To offer more consistent support for sleep, along with the Sleep Whisperer Podcast, Deepa started a Facebook group called the Sleep Whisperer Community. Posts are small ones to trigger members to think about their sleep, impact of sleep, root causes and ways to help. The group has more close to 700 members and it is an active community, with every post having engagement between members. It is a positive, safe and nurturing space to help people who have poor sleep or help people realize the importance of sleep.

Activity: In order to showcase the importance of food choices in the role of sleep, Deepa did a flipped episode of the Sleep Whisperer Podcast, taking the guest seat instead. The episode was packed with information on building the perfect sleep plate.

It included your Sleep Plate, where does the sleep plate begin, what are some of the meals that predispose you towards poor sleep, how can you build that perfect sleep plate for better sleep, how does Intermittent Fasting play a role in this, what should be the timing of dinner and the perfect sleep plate, the nighttime low carb conundrum and poor sleep, as well as restrictive or picky eating and the repercussions.
