Activity: Conducted an awareness program on world sleep day. We prepared booklets and pamphlets on sleep hygiene and educated the people regarding the same. We made a world sleep day booth where people were asked to take a pledge to give their sleep the importance it deserves. Set up a photo booth where one could click pictures after taking the sleep pledge.
