Users are able to record their dreams, and the sketchbook will generate a comic according to the content of the dream. However, if it is a bad dream or nightmare, the sketchbook will guide the user to rewrite their dream.
The platform works as a trial experience of IRT and through the platform, users can have a better idea of how IRT works and are encouraged to maintain the habit of dream journaling to improve sleep health.
