Activity: A psychoeducation campaign was conducted with adolescents at a public high school in Tegucigalpa, the capital of Honduras.
The campaign aimed to raise awareness and educate students about the importance of good-quality sleep and its impact on academic learning, thereby promoting the message “sleep well, live better.”
During the campaign, activities were carried out such as: “truth or dare” games about sleep, talks on sleep hygiene, group activities to design a good sleep routine, and the presentation of educational posters.
Approximately 70 to 100 adolescents received direct psychoeducation.
