Survey: Connecting Sleep & Food

Sleep and energy balance are essential for health. An increasing number of studies show an association between short sleep duration, sleep disturbances, and circadian desynchronisation of sleep with adverse metabolic traits, in particular obesity and type 2 diabetes.

In 2017, a member of our World Sleep Day Committee, Dr. Laura Palagini (Italy), has created a survey regarding the connection between sleep and food. We invite you to submit your responses to see your own connection between sleep and eating habits.
