Activity:  To celebrate World Sleep Day 2016 in Tbilisi, Georgia, I gave a talk with presentation on the significance of good sleep habits for physical and mental health (March 17th) and led discussion seminar (March 24th) in Ilia State University.

Two groups of bachelor’s student have been informed about main aim of World Sleep Day, and impact of sleep loss on physiological and cognitive functions, memory and attention, emotional control, immune and endocrine systems. During this special seminar in my class, students were very active in questions and open in corresponding consideration of own sleep-wake schedule, and sleep habits and hygiene.
