Short Bio: 

We are currently working as Consultants in the Department of Sleep Medicine at SUM Ultimate Medicare Hospital in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. We have a fully functional Level 1 polysomnography laboratory and dedicated OPDs where we see patients, diagnose sleep disorders and follow them up regularly. Our goal is to treat sleep disorders rather than just identify them while simultaneously increasing public awareness of the condition.

SUNNO 2.0 – National CME on Nutrition where we discussed Sleep & Nutrition – interesting facts and importance.

Activity 3 March 2024

A great program organized by East Coast Railways, India on the occasion of International Women’s Day 2025. A good interactive discussion about “Sleep & Women: A Guide to Improved Health” with a large enthusiastic crowd. There was a gathering of approximately 200 people and importance of sleep and women health was emphasized. Women are more likely to have insomnia and other sleep disorders as compared to men. Changing hormones during the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and menopause can affect how well a woman sleeps.
