Short Bio: Thank you receive my application as a Delegate.

I am a doctor, I have a postgrade en Familiy Medicine and a post post grade in Sleep Medicine.

I have more than 15 years coordinating and working directly en Sleep Medicine centers and we have a pioneer multidisciplinary group in Costa Rica.

We receive more than 15 patients each day and we realize mor than 6 sleep studies each day.

I realy want to become in a delegate por World Sleep Society in Costa Rica and continue collaborating with sleep disorders awareness yn my country Costa Rica doing all my effort in compromise with patients and the development of sleep medicine y Costa Rica and Central America.

Activity: 1. We started in February with an activity every Tuesday from 9 am to 12 pm, in which different topics were covered to educate the population about safety, we managed to have more than 350 people connected every Tuesday.
2.We will be invited to national television programs during three different times: 12 pm, 6 pm and 10 pm, to talk about why human beings should prioritize sleep for their well-being.
3.We will attend radio programs with important distribution in the country on March 14th.
4.Since February we have been announcing in our clinic a 15% discount on medical consultations and sleep studies to benefit and encourage medical consultations in patients with sleep disorders.
5.On the first floor of the building on February 14 and March 14 we will have a stand to give people small pillows with slogans such as: "At least 7.5 hours", "Sleep well, live well", "Quality and quantity of sleep".
