Short Bio: Medical Specialist in Occupational Medicine, master’s in health business administration from Universidad del Rosario, Certified in Lifestyle Medicine by the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine, currently President of the Colombian Society of Occupational Medicine and Co-Founder of the Colombian Association of Lifestyle Medicine (AMESVIDA). She works since 2011 in Procter & Gamble Colombia leading the Corporate Health Program and SGSST for Colombia and providing support for the entire Pacific Cluster. Co-author of several books on Occupational Medicine and Occupational Health with the Colombian Society of Occupational Medicine, national and international lecturer and opinion leader on occupational health, lifestyle medicine and other related topics. Marathon athlete in Chicago, New York, Berlin, and Paris.
Activity: We dedicated an entire week to raising awareness about the importance of sleep. We had a virtual reality capsule to promote rest and sleep routines, and we also held yoga and meditation classes emphasizing breathing and preparing the body and mind for sleep. We had a total participation of 120 people in all activities (75% coverage).
