Short Bio: I am an internist, a pulmonology specialist in sleep medicine, the Medical Director of the Sleep Clinic, and the Medical Director of the research center.
Activity: On this day, our team carried out an educational activity for patients and the general community, emphasizing the slogan of the world sleep day: “Sleep is essential for health.”
Initially, I gave a didactic conference, later the psychologist did a practical guided meditation exercise, and finally, the patients performed attention activities looking for hidden objects in images, as well as guessing hidden words. The activity sought to emphasize the importance of sleep for neurocognition.
